Because of the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds.
We are happy to offer a 7-day size exchange to ensure you get the perfect fit and love your purchase.
🗓 Exchange Window
You may request a size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchange requests after 7 days.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags must be attached

Item must be in its original condition

Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

The size you would like in exchange
Once your request is approved:

We will share the return shipping address

The item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
After receiving and inspecting the product, your exchanged size will be dispatched.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
